I would give zero stars if I could. We have been renting with KFH for 8 months and when we moved in a leaking pipe rapidly caused a very severe and dangerous black mould problem, which STILL hasn’t been adequately addressed. Our property manager Denniesha took weeks to respond to emails and took absolutely no action on the issue. Eventually we had to go to the landlord directly to try to sort the issue. Being ignored and not taken seriously and having to send 3 follow up emails to even get a half arsed response has caused a huge and unnecessary amount of stress to an already stressful situation. This isn’t even going into the fact that when we moved in the house was completely full of the previous tenants belongings which KFH had failed to remove. Stay away - never had such horrific customer service from start to finish.

Friend of mine who recently arranged her mortgage through KFH with Katarina Hambalkova (mortgage consultant) very highly recommended her. From the first initial meeting to the very end, her knowledge, comprehension of our needs, help and advice have been priceless. Same kind words apply to Heather Froment Jones, who was involved in the later stages and chasing after our solicitors to ensure progress. Would definitely recommend and would use again in the future!!!

I was referred to Med Moroglu by friends to assist us with obtaining the mortgage for our first home. It was a long 9 month stressful process and Med was there to support us every step of the way and we couldn't have succeeded without his knowledge, professionalism and always had our best interest in mind. He was never too busy to take our calls and takes his time to get the best outcome. With the help of Heather Jones who is organised, on top of deadlines and responsive. Can't recommend them enough.

I'm not sure how this company is for lettings/sales but they manage the communal areas of my flat. The branch I unfortunately have to deal with whenever there is an issue makes it difficult to resolve anything and makes it very clear that they really do not want to be bothered. I have had an emergency twice, once with water leaking into communal areas and once where they changed the gate code without telling residents so a few of us were locked out. Not once did the emergency out of hours contact for KFH actually respond. My most recent dealing was to inform them that our communal fire alarm was not working, which is obviously serious. I was passed from pillar to post and when I eventually reached someone who could apparently assist, she spoke over me and was again unhelpful. I have raised complaints and they have been ignored. If anybody actively chooses to work with this company, you are out of your mind! It may be ok when they are getting commissions and seeing some money, but when an issue arises, they do not want to know. Rude, unhelpful and generally terrible.

KFH are one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. They failed to provide the landlord’s certificate in relation to the sale of my flat in the time period as set out in the government guidance. This almost compromised the entire sale and they were also incredibly (and unnecessarily) rude in the process. Many emails went unanswered and you get passed around teams. They charged me hundreds of pounds to provide a “seller’s pack” to be able to sell and then failed to supply everything required as part of that pack. Avoid like the plague - absolutely shocking service.
